Loud construction works going on, no hot water in my room, the free airport transfer which was PROMISED and is advertised on the website was NOT provided (don't believe any promise made by a guy named IVAN. He first said there is no free airport transport, then agreed about it and took note of my flight details but never sent the taxi!). No mosquito nets on the windows and...

"Generally nothing so special to write home about this place. The apartments are rather noisy at night as they are close to the main road so the first couple of days were a bit uncomfortable. Frequent power outages and the stand-by generator was usually turned on 5 - 10 minutes later. For the amount of money paid, the services aren't as good."
