"This hotel was not open when we got there. I had no alerts from Orbits and had to have local Rwandans help us figure out how to transfer hotels. Horrible communication for this as we traveled very far to stay here and booked well in advance."

"Viešbutis nedidelis, ramus, švarus. Geras kainos/kokybės santykis. Kambariai erdvūs, reguliariai tvarkomi, aptarnaujantis personalas paslaugus. Mielai pagelbėja įvairiais klausimais, užsako transportą kelionei iš/į oro uostą. Tiesa, už tai imamas papildomas mokestis. Šilto vandens gali tekti palaukti 1-2 minutes kol atbėgs vamzdžiais.
