"The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to help. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but she was working the desk August 16 @ approx around 11:30 pm. We were late arrivals, and she worked hard to be sure we had a room. The phones were blowing up, and she also handled other guests issues. Customer service all the way. You do not want to lose employees like her, a gem!!"
