Saletoga Sands Resorts

"A stunning resort with the friendliest, most kind and helpful staff. Beautiful basic rooms, lovely pool and grounds. In good weather, some great snorkelling but in bad weather and high trade winds, a difficult place to enjoy the ocean. Pays to have a hire car but the resort offers daily outings. Amazing menu and often have special events with special menus in the evenings. Also has a beautiful spa onsite but pays to book in advance as it books out fast in advance. Quite far from everywhere so best to plan to stay and relax with a few day trips out. We loved our stay, but personally prefer savaii with its white sand beaches, slower pace and incredible reef snorkelling and swimming. Might just be because we visited during a long period of rain and high winds though :)"

Return to Paradise Resort and Spa

"Be prepared for an instable wifi if you want to connect with outside families and friends or colleagues. Customer service can be challenging. Spa was the highlight and the food was the best of the three hotels we stayed prior to Return to Paradise. Breakfast was delicious and always fresh local fruits. The beach was an icon to capitalise on."

"The room service was top tier as well as the customer service was top notch. The only thing I would recommend, is being able to adjust the temperature on the aircon to be a bit lower than 22 Celsius As unfortunately it wasn’t cold enough in the hotel room. Another factor I would recommend fixing, would be the glitching on the Channels on the TV"

Le Manumea Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Our staying in Le Manumea was great, staff were awesome the room was amazing lot of space in the room, the style of the bathroom and toilet I love it. But everyone may have different opinions about like it. My daughter loves staying there. So well done to the staff they welcome us with smile and they were very helpful. The only thing that needs to be fix properly is the curtains, just a minor fix and the hot water that runs out quick. Otherwise my next trip, I’ll book to stay there for sure. 👍"

"The location is special and Samoa has real charm, people are genuine and friendly. Service is a little haphazard and food is not top end. Would I recommend to anyone to stay here? for the location yes 100%, and hopefully other wrinkles get ironed out in time. This has the potential to be a really great destination but it’s got a little distance to go."
