"The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Management was on top of all details. Good location for walking on a pathway to city centre and it was quiet in the area. Nothing pristine about the property but clean and good beds."

"The bathroom had black mold in the shower and had a horrible odor. The restaurant was grossly understaffed. Customers were leaving for golf tee times without breakfast after waiting 45+ minutes. Had dinner at restaurant as well and it took 2.5 hours for an average 3 course dinner. Staff again was overwhelmed."
