"Not the place to stay if you’re touring Edinburgh, although we took a bus to the city centre and it was cheap & relaxing, about an hours drive away. If you’re heading to the airport, or like us hopping on motorbikes to tour the country…it’s the perfect location! Staff was super helpful, very professional and very cheerful. Would definitely recommend Dakota!"

"Room a bit outdated. Very clean. restaurant and bar was good. All staff very friendly. Gym and leisure facilities excellent. Nice walk into dunblane. Will be back."

"Very good indeed once you realise that you have to do a large detour around the adjacent pub to get in. The presence of a portable fan in the room and the fact that you can't open the window more than a tiny bit may indicate that it could get unbearably hot in the summer. Weather was cold and wet during my stay."
