"Way ok expensive for what it is! And over rated. It’s clean but don’t be fooled by the pictures it’s an old hotel by the side of a highway. You hear your neighbors and people in the hallway, if you are not up at 6 there is no breakfast, the coffee was water, the toilet was running all the time unless we giggled the handle and no screen on our window, Plus this area stinks because of a dump near by!"

"On the day after my stay in May of 2026, I got an additional charge on my bank card for $75 from the hotel. I called the hotel, and a person on staff told me it was for "amenities," which had never happened before when I stayed at this hotel. I told the staff member that I had been unaware that I would be charged this fee and that it was not listed on the fees required by Expedia. I started to tell the staff member that Country Inn and Suites needed to communicate more effectively with Expedia and ensure that all charges are listed beforehand. The staff member started to rudely argue with me that this was not the responsibility of Country Inn and Suites. I asked to speak with this person's manager, and she informed that she was the manager of the Ithaca Country Inn and Suites. I asked for her name, and she hung up on me. I have never had such a rude and unprofessional interaction with anyone in any hotel ever. I called the Radison hotel chain and filed a complaint about the manager, and I emailed the supervisor of the Ithaca Country Inn. I never heard back from the Radison company, even after calling a second time. I will never go back to the Ithaca Country Inn and Suites again, so long as that person is the manager and the company has refused to address my complaints."

"There is no cell signal around the house for AT&T customer. thus it's not possible for us to use map navigation. Besides, when we returned at 8pm late night with heavy rain and 45 Fahrenheit, there was power outage!!! It's a miserable experience with soaked shoes/clothes AND without cell and wifi and electricity......"

"Overall hotel was ok, breakfast was terrible and pool couldn’t use it looks really dirty and it’s pretty small.. bathroom shower was really slow, room was clean but has smell.. For a 1-2 nights is ok.."

"I went during the week, so the casino was relatively quiet. The room was clean and quiet, and I loved the waterfall showerhead. The room lights were switch and motion-sensor, but the sensor must have been turned because sometimes the lights just went out. There were reading lights on both sides of the bed, but either I couldn't operate them or there were no batteries. There was a mini fridge and a coffee machine, but no microwave. I really liked the room, but a microwave would have been ideal. The hotel was secure from the casino, needing a room key to operate. Be aware: if you ask for a room away from the elevators, you might be very far from the elevators. "
