"A very warm welcoming hotel.good food.Neat & Clean.However we were sold rooms with a Bathtub & the Room didn't have one.But the Staff Hospitality more than made up for it.We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights."

"This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Despite upgrading to an “executive room” the room was not clean, damaged, bugs, no lights in hallway, no decor except a bowl of dirty red water, very cold with no heat options, cable not working, construction starting in near room at 7am on Sunday. This hotel is run down and lacking any ambiance. Orbitz / Kayak should immediately downgrade this hotel from 4 to 3 or 2 stars as 4 stars is totally misleading."

"This is our second time stay at Denzong Regency. We have enjoyed our stay on both the occasions. This is the kind of hotel you want to stay when away from home. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and spacious room. Most of all the view is breathtaking. Beautiful big panoramic windows facing the garden. The front desk staff who checked us in a very friendly and efficient. We will be back!!!"

"Excellent property – rooms, grounds, restaurant and service – with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset from the rooms. Staff were superb; a member of the party experienced a bad fall – without prompting, the staff did everything to make the remainder of our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely a great place to stay."

"Not a good experience. Room was smelly. I think it was the smell of Paint/whitewash. Water issue, flush was licking. In the morning there was no water in the bathroom. Had to use water bottle for tooth brush. Overall not a good experience."
