"Staff confirmed pick up at the airport but nobody showed up. They did not even notify me that the transport was not available on that day and time. I called them and they asked me to take a taxi and they will reimburse. It is not about the money. Staff was not apologetic. Staff has no communicarion skills. They cut me off while I was still speaking. Customer service is 0% satisfactory."

"During our stay, the region was hit by a 5.4 scale earthquake at around 10PM. All employees and guests were evacuated outside in the pool area. After sometime, we were allowed to go back to our room. The following morning, we were checking out and I requested for a late checkout of 2:00 PM. I said because of the earthquake, we had to adjust our sleeping hour as. I was denied because the admitting employee said they have incoming guess. But, for 500 pesos an hour, they could extend their he stay. Welll, that says a lot about the hotel policies."

"The room is clean, the staff are friendly, polite, and attentive. The air conditioning is really good in the room. The breakfast in the morning are ok, if you are not used to eating a lot of carbs, it is not for you."

"Very disappointed. Service appalling, especially in bars and restaurants. Reception staff very friendly but not helpful. ‘Computer says no’ quite often!!!! Our room was perfectly acceptable and we had a lovely view of Mayon volcano. Tried to book shuttle bus back to airport as we arrived but told it was full. The day we were leaving about to book a Grab taxi they rang and said shuttle waiting for us. That is typical of what we experienced. This is not a luxury hotel by western standards but probably is by Philippines standard."
