"I have stayed in many hotels in the Rapid City area and this by far is the nicest, cleanest, place yet for me! I will be staying here again when I come to stay in the future! Only down fall was the water slide was not working and neither was the hot tub. Other wise very nice! "

"Good: the room was fairly clean and a decent size. Bad: firstly the room was quite dark, not much lighting. There wasn’t many options for breakfast, on the first morning there were no bread and the waffle machine did not have the correct top to pour it out. So I only opted for coffee (though no sugar). Finally when I returned from a long day (approximately 6pm) my key card was not working. No one was at reception. I called the phone that’s there (three times) but no one answered. I waited...

"We chose to stay here for the pool and it did not disappoint. My kids (age 4 & 6) loved it. The pool was pretty full in the evening and my children enjoyed playing with the other kids. My biggest issue was the towel situation. They never had towels stocked in the pool area so you had to get them from the front desk, which is not close by and was always busy. Overall the room was average but again issues with towels we booked a room for 4 people and it only had 3 bath towels. "

"The hotel met our needs, it was under construction so the entrance to the hotel was very hard to locate as their was no signs to indicate where to enter. Breakfast was very good!"
