"I love the housekeeping service, our housekeeper Emilia was so nice and good at her job. And the housekeeper guy in chrage of the lobby (didn't see his name, he is hearing limited) he was so attentive and nice, im using a cane and he helps me without me asking with something i was carrying. The only bad thing was thta i have to wait 1hr to check in, only one person was doing the checking in and it was like 10 ppl in line to check in"

"Great place, elevator an opportunity, parking lot an greater opportunity, I had to leve my car on the street because underground lot was full for some reason, room 420 tv set was an opportunity as well (turned off by itself every 10 minutes)"

"Clean, large room. Bathroom was large and updated, except for the shower head which was mostly clogged with hard water residue and so had no pressure. Everyone we encountered offered great customer service."

"Todos son super amables, los únicos inconvenientes que tuvimos fue q a el momento de querer bañarme hoy 27/4/25 no habia agua en el cuarto y a el momento de llamar para preguntar porque no tenía agua en el cuarto me dijeron q estaban arreglando el problema asi q no pudimos bañarnos porque el agua regresó hasta las 11 y para entonces nosotros ya estábamos haciendo check out porque teníamos el compromiso ese mañana a las 9:30"
