"Everything about this place was amazing. We just had a quick get away and went to Dollywood. The room was awesome especially if you have kids it sent them on a treasure hunt to unlock the safe in the room. They got toys and candy. We loved it here."

I thought that he would be rude and short with us. To our surprise he didn’t hesitate to take the time to explain to us the things we needed to know to ensure we were ready to enjoy our stay. He has a rare ability to be assertive and kind at the same time. He has a tattoo on his neck, it led me to prejudge him, but when he began to speak and welcome my family back to Memphis has led us to our new go-to spot to stay each time we come home to visit.
