"We had a one night stay at the hotel and it was very comfortable. The staff on reception were excellent. The private enclosed parking also fab! Dinner in restaurant was lovely, our only comment would be the bright lights in the dining area are extremely bright and harsh, softer lighting would make the dining experience a more pleasant experience . But overall a very pleasant stay in beautiful Zamora."

"The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Toro’s charming old town, just steps away from restaurants and the church, with spectacular views of the Duero Valley. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and check-out effortless. We chose a room with a balcony, which was absolutely worth it for the breathtaking views. The room was spacious, although it could use a little updating, and the floor was slightly dusty, possibly from the balcony. Breakfast was quite basic, with limited choices. Also, one thing to point out is parking at the hotel was quite challenging for big cars. Overall, a lovely stay in the heart of beautiful Toro!"

"Excellent location and just a stone throw distance from the town centre. Room was really really clean and tidy and it was much unexpected. Staff was so helpful and responsive. Although the luggage storage was limited, they still helped with their best. Much recommended for the stay in this hotel. Really love ❤️"

"Good location meant an easy walk to the old town and castle. Very close to retail shops if that’s your thing to. Underground parking for a fee was a bonus as we were touring on a motorbike, so it was nice and safe."

"Great large apartment, secure garage parking for my motorcycle. Super TV, super shower, comfortable bed. Only small problems were dirty cups and cutlery and no kettle. Only minor problems. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again if I revisit the lovely town of Zamora."

"When I went there in the morning to leave a case I was dismayed to find a lot of steep steps. However going back in the afternoon to check in I asked if there was somewhere to leave my mobility walker I was given a key to access the building and use a lift. Excellent. We overcame my lack of Spanish."
