A perfect place to stay with amazing breakfast!

Such a wonderful stay. The staff team were so warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The room had everything we could wish for. The breakfast was amazign, one of the best. Location was perfect. Quiet and a really goo nights sleep. Thank you.

Hotel totalmente recomendable

Excelente hotel calidad precio. Fácil acceso desde cualquier carretera. Muy cerca del centro, unos 10/15 minutos. Personal de recepción muy amable. Habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El parking muy bien aunque hay que dar la vuelta a la manzana, plazas amplias por 14€ la noche. Totalmente recomendable.

El desayuno sin huevos fritos

En general bueno todo, si acaso algo mejorar es que el banco corrido del comedor y las sillas independentea quedan bajas respecto a la mesa, resulta incómodo. También en el comedor, que el desayuno no ofrezca huevos recién hechos, revueltos o fritos. Supongo que por falta de personal o costo, el que no haya cocina, es algo que no se espera en un 4 estrellas, todo viene del frigo y no he comprobado que hubiera microondas para calentar.

En general muy bien. Hemos hechado en falta plato de ducha en el baño. El hotel no tenía habitaciones con plato de ducha, todas con baño. Pero el baño en general también bien.

Errores de servicio al cliente

A mi llegada no habia agua caliente. Mal hacer de recep ion no indicarlo al hacer el check-in ya que tenian una averia. Esta no fue solventada hasta las 10 de la noche. Al dia siguiente quise darme un baño y el tapon no sella la bañera ( con lo cual tambien olvidado) Han tenido opciones (mas que la simple disculpa) para equilibrar los errores (voy por empresa y tengo pagas las dietas), pero para quedar mejor con otros clientes, pueden ofrecer el desayuno, un dto, o mismo molestarse en subir los pedidos que no dejan subir al repartidor de Globo y asi corresponder un poco a la falta de comodidad

I like the current standard of the Marriott hotels. Comfortable bed. Nice lighting. Smart TV. Close to lots of cafes and attractions. Luxury surroundings. A bar fridge. Basic coffee making facility in room. Unfortunately there are major roadworks out front of the hotel and nobody let google maps know. Once we found a parking spot, allegedly belonging to another nearby hotel, the garage was easy to access. There is a €12 / night charge. Like many hotels in Spain there is no air conditioning which means the nights can be a bit hot in these rooms.
