"O quarto estava limpo, o hotel em obras, com muito barulho o tempo todo, foi difícil descansar. Os funcionários não são cortes, ao chegar fiquei sabendo de uma opção mais barata com cama de solteiro, mas a atendente disse que não podia trocar. A funcionaria do café muito mal educada, entrava no recinto e não dava nem bom dia, qlém da cara séria, parecendo estar sempre chateada. O Hotel precisa valorizar o cliente e treinar os funcionários. Infelizmente não posso recomendar a ninguém. Localização...

"This is a wonderful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, room was big and bed very comfortable, AC in our room was excellent. Hotel has a good gym and the parking garage was easy to navigate. I will definitely be staying here again on future visits."

"Bem localizado, fácil de chegar lá. Próximo ao hospital Unimed, Havan, super big… lugar limpo e tranquilo. Estacionamento, Wi-Fi, ar condicionado… forneceu toalhas, sabonete, papel higiênico e lençóis. Tem frigobar no quarto."

"Good hotel close to bus station (“rodoviaria”), 10 min walk. Good for transit purposes. Staff members are helpful, just remember though the hotel is in Barreiras, a small town well inside the country, rarely anyone speaks English, get prepared and use Portuguese. Rooms are simple and clean. Breakfast was simple and good. Overall, a good transit hotel. Thanks. "

"Cobertor sem embalagem lacrada. Lençol e fronha sem trocar e com marcas de sujeira. Chave do quarto não funcionava e o ar condicionado demorou para gelar. Cafe da manhã sem reposição tive que tomar em uma padaria."
