"The property is beautiful right on the lake. The entire staff were so gracious and helpful and friendly. We first visited this property 12 years ago during winter when it was surrounded by snow and a frozen lake. It was special for us to return during a different season to see all the beauty that surrounds this property year round."

"Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! Parts of the property are getting old and worn, but otherwise clean and well kept. The included buffet breakfasts and dinners were an unexpected bonus!"
