"We checked in and were given the wrong room. It was late. It was corrected with civility and the staff was very pleasant. Our wine was there and it was a family visit so that was nice. We went to the lounge for dinner and there was a really limited menu that was not very appealing but again the waitress and the chef kind of performed some magic kudos to them. Breakfast was a minimal continental event and the bagels were stale. Environment was nice. The massage was great the charcuterie board as ordered and reassured that it would have jam and meat and fruit was a very, very generous cheeseboard, which unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy because there’s a lactose intolerance issue for some members of the party, but rather than be candid in advance, they simply gave us this very generous cheeseboard with nothing else, but cheese and crackers and mustard, and no knife and at that point when you hit five out of five, you’re just tired"
