"Beautiful setting on the river. Excellent service form the staff."

"Great charming hotel in a quiet area"

"Minakamikan is a great place to Stay, Clean and bright interior. Onsen was very nice, rooms have been keep in top shape, with new fresh tatami mats, clean walls, etc. Buffett breakfast had a lot of choices, Japanese and some western items. Wi-Fi in lobby only. free transport to and from Minakami station can be arranged."

"nice hotel"

"Everything in our room were spotless , easy access to public transport"

"The room smelled like it had been smoked in for 20years, the bathroom wasn't great and had some mold presence. The room felt really outdated in general compared to the hotel which looks great when you first come in ! Breakfast was good, and staff really nice. Great location next to the nightlife and the temple is within walking distance !"

"This is by far one of the best ryokan in Japan because of its exceptional service. Everything is so perfect here!"

"We had a great stay. The host was super friendly and had amazing English. Cannot recommend highly enough. Very close to takumi no sato which is well worth visiting."

"Excellent service, excellent private onsen inside the room."

"Excellent food "

"Spotless room, great staff!"

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely breakfast. Clean room. "

"War schon mehrmals da. Für mich einer der besten Orte."
