"I liked everything about it except the stairs to get in I was using a walker and the staff had to let me in the lift every time I left or returned. That was inconvenient for me and the staff. The staff were nice about it but it made me feel I was a nuisance."

"Property and room was very good, the staff are amazing. Our one complaint would be that our room looked over a building site, and the workmen worked early in the morning using very noisy power tools. I appreciate they have a job to do and I've no issue with that, but I feel, with the amount of mo eh we paid ( we were on the top floor with an appointment for 5 days) perhaps we should of been informed that there was building work outside our room."

"The room was surprisingly big and very clean. I loved having a little kitchenette to cook and save money. Staff was extremely welcoming and willing to help. Even after check out they let me store my bags so it was really stress free. The windows in the room were big and had lots of natural light. I loved my stay i can’t wait to come back again "
