"Employee, Simone was excellent. Although working front desk, she personally to clean handicapped room. Room not ready at 3pm. Told us at least half hour and then more delay. Told us we could get a refund and go to another hotel. This was another management type personThere was only one luggage trolley to move our stuff and the wheels didn't work properly. We had to hand carrier our luggage from the third floor to elevator to elevator and the exit despite being handicap with mobility impairment. BUG inside the room near bed. Room needs to be fumigated. I squashed the bug left it onon a tissue next to bed and took a photo of it. There were piles of sheets and dirty laundry carts blocking the hallway on the third floor. I DID NOT sleep well because of noise in hallway. People were running up and down hallway banging on doors. Clearly there are deficits to overcome."

"Hair stuck to floor and bathtub.. Toilet felt like it was gonna come over top, showering water laid in bottom of tub. The faucet in shower was not working. No room cleaning the 4 days we were there. Ice machine didn’t work. I know they are working on making hotel better, but have a long way to go"

"The booking Expedia put my family of four in a King suite with one bed instead of a room with two double beds. It was a busy weekend and there were no other rooms available. I slept on a chair and my son slept on a mattress on the floor."
