We came to the exceptionally clean and classy establishment and greeted by the jovial staff member Riko M. Despite how busy it was, she made sure we were well taken care of and made navigating the system easy especially with her great English skills. She had no trouble making us feel welcome in an unfamiliar area. The breakfast had a wide variety and even had several staff members keeping everything in order to make it a smooth dining experience. We would easily visit again during our next stay in Takayama and also recommend Wat Hotel to friends and family. "

"Great place to stay. Super Close to Toyama station. Lots of places to eat at Toyama station. Easy to check in and check out using hotel's machine. Lots of cherry blossom trees. 🌸 we are lucky we saw them. Only missing are the the old traditional japanese houses."

"During my stay@ Takayama Green hotel, I had forgotten to take my handbag with me when I stepped out of their executive club room. My handbag contained my son's and my passports & wallet. To my relief, the hotel front desk contacted me immediately when their staff found my handbag. Everything in my handbag was left untouched. "
