"What an unexpectedly seamless stay! There was a shuttle bus that met us at the Shinkansen station that took us to the Onsen. When we arrived, we were ushered to a comfortable lobby for check-in. The bellman showed us the entire hotel and onsen, and walked us through our kimonos and slippers. Lovely breakfast, lovely rooms, lovely Onsen... and another free shuttle back to the Shinkansen station. We will definitely return! "

"The apartment for 4 person is located in a building with no elevator, so we had to carry luggage up the staircase. Luckily, we were given 2nd floor unit. The apartment unit is spacious and clean. "Absolutely LOVE this hotel. Great location near the train station and we had a bright and spacious room with full amenities. I particularly liked you could just ask for new towels and trash removal instead of the whole “make up my room” option. Just felt more eco’ and efficient. I also love there was the Toyama water dispenser on each level. And the service was perfect. Love it! Deffff recommend."
