"This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! We arrived at 7:00 a.m. after a long overnight flight and were warmly welcomed by the staff. They immediately escorted us to a comfortable waiting area with coffee and refreshments while they stored our luggage. We spent the morning exploring Rome, and when we returned around noon, our upgraded room was already ready for us. We also received complimentary drinks on the rooftop bar, and all of the beverages in the mini fridge were complimentary too.
Sebastian was especially helpful, taking the time to explain how to navigate the metro system and use taxis, which made getting around a very warm day much more manageable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options each morning. On one day, my daughter slept in, and the staff kindly allowed me to pack a light breakfast to take back to the room for her.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a large balcony overlooking the street. One of my favorite parts of our stay was sitting outside and watching Rome come to life in the morning and the evening crowds pass by at night. Honestly, though, the exceptional service made this a truly wonderful place to stay. I won't be staying anywhere else in Rome!"
