"Beautiful hotel , convenient location, lovely and friendly staff"

"Strange things happen at this hotel! Two of the three elevators did not work. Actually someone was shouting in one of those stuck elevators crying to be rescued. I requested to the guest services for a packaged to be dropped to my room. They informed me that other than security there is no one to drop that package to my room so I had to dress up and go down to pick it up. At 3-4 AM there were noises on the floor. Scattered stuff on the check-in counter."

"The property was beautiful! The decor in the main building was charming and inviting. Location to Regent University was perfect. The rooms were adequate. New carpet and paint in the rooms would be nice."
