A friend was charged for parking at another Hilton. On our way south we stayed in a Hilton convention center and the choice of dinner food was meager. There are too many hotels to choose from to stay where one feels cheated !!! RIDCULOUS!!!"

"Stayed February 21–23, 2026. Booked through Expedia for $273.58(two nights, pay at property). Hotel placed a $360 hold at check-in. After checkout, I received a call claiming my card declined and additional charges were being attempted. A separate $164.57 charge was processed that did not clearly align with my reservation total. I also received incorrect checkout emails, including one dated after I had already checked out. Staff provided conflicting billing explanations. Room conditions were unacceptable visible mold, ripped carpet, and dirty bedding. Disappointing experience for a Marriott branded property."
