"This was terrible no working elevator and a multitude of ants in our room"

"Buffet breakfast had dried on food. EGGS were watery... The shower had dirty handprints in the room. Did not have full access to the pool. It is rented out to families that are not staying at the hotel, on through Thursday between 9 am to noon and 2 pm to 6 pm. Beds are very hard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed. Health department risk. Only one trash container in the room. People were placing bags of trash outside the room."

"Property was very clean. They have obviously put effort into maintaining it. We unfortunately just got room 217 that the ac did not work in. We thought it was just weak and would catch up in the night with the sun not shining and we were so tired. Big mistake at 3oclock in the morning it was so hot we couldn’t sleep but who wants to change rooms at that time of night. My mom had a room across the hall and her ac worked great. We complained in the morning but they didn’t do anything for us so if ac seems weak make sure you change rooms"
