"The kitchen area was amazing. The couch was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning did not work. There were no bathroom towels. Some beach towels. We had three total for 5 people. The advertised private beach access was not able to be found. We gave up and drove to the beach 2 miles away. "Very comfortable room, great location, easy parking. Hotel bar was great, especially the friendly bartender. The bathroom had an issue with the shower knob, had to play with it to get it to work. There was a weird in-room announcement of an emergency around midnight that woke us up (luckily there was no emergency since we fell back to sleep right away)."

The location in Auburn is super convenient—it’s an easy drive to downtown spots, local historical sites, and nearby parks, making it a great base camp if you're touring the region. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing night's rest after a busy day out. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a reliable, no-fuss, and cozy place to stay while exploring the Finger Lakes without breaking the bank, this place definitely fits the bill. Would happily stay here again!"

"Take the time to take a tour with John The full-time on property horticulturist and botanist. An amazingly informative and inspirational Tour. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and all the staff are exceptionally nice. We were there at the end of the season and we were made aware that new staff were being trained at that time which I felt was important to be aware offor both the staff and the guests. We will do our best to return."

"Can see why this hotel is rated so high. Very clean, staff was very attentive, breakfast was good, pool was fun, jacuzzi in room was super relaxing, all at a good price. All around was a great stay, only knocks i can give are the bed is on the older side and worn, pillows are flat, and the bathroom is a bit on the small side. Would love if this gets updated but does not change my rating, but it might for others."

"Enjoyed staying at this beautiful historic hotel in Seneca Falls. Was a quiet and relaxing place to stay for the night. We were a bit surprised to find no one staffing the hotel desk after 6pm. We had to call a phone number to request extra blankets and it took a long time to receive them. Other than that little hiccup, overall a great experience. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
