"All the staff at the hotel were excellent and I cannot fault the service and attention to detail. One of the Customer Service went above and beyond (IRA) who assited with taxis and translating my requirements and also assisting in extending my stay ensuring I got the best deal. The room I had was a garden room and although spacious it was poorly equipped and in need of modernisation as decor very tired also a nice touch would be to provide bottled water on a daily basis. "The property is really nice and kids love it , the food is really good the staff is really nice and helpful excellent. Just one went we stay on second day the hot water is out and they said is maintenance service. I hope in the future they can let us know if some maintenance. How ever the manager and the staff very helpful to result this problem and they move us to new room is fantastic. Thank you so much all. We will be back to stay again. Best hotel and staff ever.
