"WiFi is bad never service in room cleaner is excellent but the hotel needs upgrading breakfast service was ok but I had to tell them it was cold a few times the staff are very helpful they would always try to solve any issue even with things they couldn’t I believe the hotel is a 3 star not 4 & it’s way overpriced "

"I was not told of or see any spa. I paid for full english breakfast during my stay but only got it once when i complained. Bathroom door broken and after i complained was moved to an other room which have cold water and toilet not flushing well. Lights went off but generator not able to light the place for over 3 hrs until light came back. The man looking after the please does not seems to care at all . Terrible road to the place. Moved out after 2 days even though i paid full. Will not recommend "

"Yes beach view was obstructed & the garden view just viewed the appatments in front of you. The whole hotel needs updating it's looking very tired for the money you pay out. "
