Sanna and the two guys WHO picked me up at the airport where so nice and serviceminded. I felt very safe despite the Trip went through the bushes late evening to theFaith andGrace Guesthouse. Vicky is a faboulas chef in the kitchen. Thank you all!

Great place close to the river to fully disconnect from the light, dust and noise pollution. Especially at night, it’s so quiet, you get to hear birds, see stars in the sky, man, I got one of my deepest /best sleeps. This location is also couple degrees cooler at night that in town which I really like. The staff are very responsive and respectful. I would definitely opt for the food service, it’s so good. The owner Mike is always very responsive and helpful. Overall great place for anyone looking for a quiet place to enjoy their vacation or work trip. Great for bird watchers too due to its proximity to the river Gambia.

Best place to stay in the Gambia

My brother and I really enjoyed our stay at Faith and Grace Guest house. It is located in an incredible and safe village where you have some great adventures and meet the locals. The compound is neat and clean. Everyone is so friendly. Everything was just as we wished for during our stay. The staff are wonderful! Special mention to the best chef in the whole of the Gambia and Sierra Leone - Regina!! She is very attentive and will make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. She also makes sure the restaurant is clean, tidy, and runs smoothly. Sadio and Omar are also some of the nicest men you will meet. They waited for us at the airport even though our flight arrived later than scheduled and took us to the guest house. They will also make sure your stay is comfortable and are happy to put you in contact with local people that you can go on trips with. I hope one day I will return here and I can highly recommend others to stay here whilst in the Gambia. You will not be disappointed! Thank you very much once again, guys! So glad to have met you all!

I was not told of or see any spa. I paid for full english breakfast during my stay but only got it once when i complained. Bathroom door broken and after i complained was moved to an other room which have cold water and toilet not flushing well. Lights went off but generator not able to light the place for over 3 hrs until light came back. The man looking after the please does not seems to care at all . Terrible road to the place. Moved out after 2 days even though i paid full. Will not recommend
