"Everything was great the hotel looked new! The reason for my 4 star review is because a lady one floor beneath us complained to the front desk at 5pm that we were making too much noise. I had my family in the room with kids. I guess the lady forgot that we are all sharing the same hotel. "

"The overall experience was fantastic. I did encounter a minor issue..while checking, the attendant was trying to charge me for the room. I explained that I had already paid for the room via Expedia…I showed my receipt… and they still had to verify with management. I’m not sure exactly, but after a long drive that minor inconvenience can get annoying. Nonetheless the resolved it they were polite about it and the rest of the time went unscathed…overall 10 out 10. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend it. "

"The room has some smell we had to buy something to remove the smell and no one answer the phone on night for support or help. Apart of that. The room is nice and it has breakfast. It was ready al 6:00 am. ☺️"

"The cleanliness of the room and the facilities in general is good; they just need to pay more attention to bathroom cleanliness, especially behind the toilet. On the other hand, the sound insulation of the windows isn't very good because you can hear a lot of noise from the nearby cars on the highway."
