"お正月に泊まったのですが スタッフの対応が良い方と悪い方の差がものすごくありました、 またお正月 3日間の朝食ですが 毎日ほぼ同じ食事でした、 さすがに 3日目はかなり あきましたね(笑) 夜は ビュッフェを2日間食べましたが これもまた同じような感じでした金額は夜8000円と言った金額ですが こちらも少し 料理を変更してもらいたかったです 最後に ステーキハウスですが こちらは良かったです ステーキも美味しく 柔らかく金額の割に 良かったな と思ってます "

"Unfortunately the bungalow 202, which we had booked in Sonai was very smelly so it was not acceptable for us to stay there for the 4 nights we booked. In general the Mumbu Sonai branch is pretty run down and heavily overpriced for what it has to offer. I have to say though that the staff was really helpful, especially Ayumi (arigato gozaimasu), trying to find alternatives during peak season which resulted in us staying in 4 different places for the 4 nights we spent on the island, which was ok...

"Beautiful location with its own beach right out the door. The owner was very kind and spoke excellent English. He helped me sign up for excursions and I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinners with a view of the beach. Amazing part of the island and highly recommended "

"綺麗でした。 LINEでいろいろな質問も出来て利用しやすかった。 ただドアが歪んでて鍵が閉まらない、 枕が汗臭かった。 虫が多いので窓の開けっ放しはやめてと説明があったのに部屋にチェックインした時には窓開いていて部屋に虫がいた。 離島なのでこんなもんかと思えばなんて事ないです。 立地もいいです。 また利用します。"

"We loved our time at Cago Guest House. My husband and I stayed for two nights and wish we stayed longer. Taketomi is a beautiful, quiet island and Cago is the perfect place to stay and enjoy it. The owners, a husband and wife, are lovely. We opted for the dinner both nights (breakfast was included) and all the food was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!"

"We really like the location, it’s near the beach, but then we found out that beach has a lot of jellyfish, so we cannot swim in the ocean there. We were there with 2 little kids, two and four years old, we had to walk to the office to check in then bring all of our stuff to the cabin ourselves, we ask if she can help but the lady was not able to offer any help. On the last day, we are about to leave, but there was a typhoon, so we were caught at the ferry terminal without a rental car, we...

"I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Iriomote. There's lots of space on the property, including a massive bathroom and a huge terrace, with a sea view where you can see the stars at night. There's also lots of wildlife that can be easily seen from many areas on the property, for example frogs and coconut crabs.
