"We had an amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency Ataköy and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. A special thank you to Taylan at the front desk concierge — he made us feel welcome right away. He checked us in smoothly, spoke excellent English, and went above and beyond by arranging a massage for us, which turned out to be absolutely incredible. The massage was one of the best we've had — incredibly relaxing and professionally done. Highly recommend booking one if you're staying here! The buffet breakfast was another highlight. So many delicious options, fresh ingredients, and a beautifully arranged spread. If you have the time, it's definitely worth enjoying it every day during your stay. We also loved the pool and spa area — everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out in the city. All in all, our stay was perfect. Thank you again to Taylan and the entire team for making it so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!"

The breakfast spread was truly outstanding, with so many delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was very convenient, and the hotel’s location made it easy to access public transport ,we used the nearby train station to reach all the famous attractions with ease. There are also plenty of shopping malls and restaurants close to the hotel, which was super convenient. Our kids absolutely loved the stay, it was a wonderful experience for the whole family. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"We stayed recently here and were happy overall with our stay. Pool was great …closed at 8pm…not too crowded … Breakfast was good overall…lots of breads and traditional Turkish breakfast…omelettes made to order …service was really good and were all friendly … I would like to thank two individuals particularly who made our stay comfortable …Joseph and I can’t for life of me remember the other guy at reception (had salt pepper hair) were very friendly … Location is about 15 minute walk to main sites which has some uphill walking to do …lots of stores and travel agencies on the way to the main sites Good hot water and pressure …ac was good …spacious room "
