"This is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of Istanbul, all the main tourist areas are no more than a 30min walk. The staff at the hotel were lovely and the breakfast at the hotel was superb. Reception staff were also very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One comment I would make is the reception area is lovely but is totally underutilised, there was a bar in the corner but it was never open. Therefore that area was a little soul less."

Upon booking, I promptly received an e-mail to thank me for choosing Seven Hills, they stayed in contact with me with different services they offered. With very little notice on my part, Ismail arranged an airport transport to the hotel. We were offered a free upgrade to my room and offered us a lovely breakfast with outstanding views. Fatima, Otan and Sinan made sure our EVERY need was taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you Seven Hills for making us feel like we were home. Istanbul was absolutely amazing too, the culture, the people, the history will always have a piece of my heart. I will be back :). "

"The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Everyone was genuinely kind, and wanting to help us whenever needed. The spa facilities were great. We even got complimentary breakfast to our room on the day we were leaving early in the morning. Staff communication was impeccable, lovely to meet everyone and hope to return soon. The hotel is close to all places you’d want to visit. The cleaning staff were also very sweet. 10/10"
