"Honestly, would give this place 10 stars if I could. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. I loved the clean and spacious room/bathroom with a comfortable bed, along with the amenities. Heating & Cooling very well adjusted, according to the weather. The daily free breakfast & housekeeping provided was top-notch. Would highly reccomend this place, as It was one of the best Hotel experiences I've ever had. Thanking everyone for their gracious hospitality and making me feel completely at home. "Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Yalova, Black Bird Thermal Hotel truly stands out as the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities and comfort level exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only downside was the breakfast — it was not bad, but it felt limited and could definitely be improved to match the overall quality of the hotel."

"I stayed at Fesa Business Hotel in Gebze and had a great experience. The reception team was very friendly and truly professional, and all the staff were at the same high standard. I especially want to mention Rasul, the supervisor, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay, his support made everything even smoother. Breakfast was excellent, well organized, fresh, and delicious. Whenever I needed a taxi, the hotel arranged it for me immediately, which was very convenient. The hotel is located in a pleasant and safe neighborhood. It’s great for walking, there are some uphill and downhill streets, but they actually make the walks enjoyable. For the month of November, the price was very reasonable considering the level of service and comfort. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Fesa Business Hotel and I will definitely choose it again on my next trip to Gebze."
