"十津川には部屋にトイレのある宿がほとんどなく、ここを選択し、宿泊施設としては何の問題もなく、快適に滞在できました。ただ、一人２万円弱の宿泊費に対して、食事内容が1万円ちょっとの宿レベル、十分に美味しいのですが、内容に大変がっかりしました。コロナ休業が明けて間もないということで、損失を取り返そうとしていたのでしょうか。ここ数年で150軒以上に泊まったなかで残念ながらコスパが最低でした。"

"露天風呂是最佳賣點，餐食以野菜和漬物為主不能期望太大。難以用英語原整溝通，處理業務的年長女管家規矩頗多。
於旅遊淡季時，為節省開支而不願開放男女湯各一，而要夫妻混浴當然還可接受，但將早上入湯時段取消，怎説那高檔的旅館費便不值了。
唯一登山索道廢棄更令旅程大打折扣，以無料自助電話客服聯繫無人接聽，尤幸鐵道站長幫忙聯絡才可令店方以客車落山接送。"
