The hotel is nice and perfect location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The few things I did not like was the bed and pillows unfortunately were not comfy for me at all, and the AC was good during the day but at nighttime it did not seem to work as good as I needed it to.

Property was excellent, paying for parking while a guest is ridiculous. The breakfast they charge for is horrible. Other than that everything else was great. Will not pay that much again for a weekend stay.

Service was exceptional at the Fort Pontchatrain. I was able to stow my luggage while at a conference, and even checked in early. Room was very comfy and quiet. A perfect stay.

Coffee maker in room didn’t work, coffee machine we paid for didn’t work, staff offered us decaf from buffet! We paid for the coffee in the lobby. Monday morning at 8am we were woken by slamming of cords against the window because a window washer was working.

The staff was helpful, the room wasn’t clean we had dirty dry towels, we asked for room service and didn’t get it. Our lining was dirty and so we asked for new sheets and towels. They delivered it to us around 7:30 at night. We left at 3:00am because our room smelled like someone next to us was smoking cigarettes or something… it was a fair experience but will not stay there again!
