The owner needs to truly focus on general maintenance and cleaniness. The walls and doors visible look dirty. The room furniture needs to be replaced. A coat of new paint would go a long way.

They don’t serve the rooms well. The room has no shampoo and When you ask for shampoo they give you conditioner and body lotion instead of shampoo as if they just want to give you anything to keep your mouth shut and don’t ask for other stuff. Pillows have bad smell and corridors are full of smoke from cigarettes and weed.

They weren't my first pick but they were there iny time of need. I feel like it needs upgraded. The price wasn't bad! I was safe my car wasn't broken into. I made it out the same way I came! The staff were helpful understanding, respectful!

I stayed for two nights for sweetest day weekend. The outside of the hotel is nice but once inside the room was dirty. The only reason we stayed was because we paid for the accommodations weeks in advance and didn’t have the funds to stay anywhere else because everything was so expensive. The room was very run down with stains on the walls, ceilings, and floors. The room came with two TVs but the bedroom TV was missing the remote so we were unable to change the TV. Because of how dirty the furniture was, I didn’t want to sit on the couch or chairs. This is an extended stay so people live there with their pets so we heard dogs during the night. People were walking around with no shoes or socks on in the hotel and the elevator was filthy . This just wasn’t my cup of tea but if your looking for somewhere affordable with low expectations, this is your spot

Dont do it!!!

Room had to be cleaned by manager. Kept being locked out due to dead door battery. Refrigerator ran like a scat cat. They shut down the front desk at midnight. Never got to stay 1 night, no rooms available. Trying to keep my refund..

the room literally smelled bad after the air freshner dissipated same goes for the halls most of the time. the kitchen was dirty with leftovers from previous tenants. we ordered beds for four and received prepred for two. we asked for linens and towels and were told to wait for the next morning and only after my wife shouted at them did we receive additional pillows.

Terrible experience ever at a hotel

Booked a 1 bedroom King Suite with couch bed and Kitchenette. Had only one remote for both the bedroom and sitting room tvs of course could only turn on the tv that didn’t have a remote. There were no Cookware or utensils, th freezer Ice maker was broken so the freezer was full of ice cubes and was loud, only 2 towels in the bathroom I asked for more at the front desk and they never brought more after calling a second time, the vent to the heater was gone could only get heat to the sitting room, no light bulb in the side chair lamp, had to go ask for toilet tissue cause there was none in the room, no clock, no coffee pot, microwave worked, was in the room less than 20 minutes and spotted a huge roach in the bathroom and 2 smaller ones on the floor l and table. Me and my family slept in the car for the first night we were booked for 3 nights could not get a refund cause management wasn’t there until Monday. It was suppose to be a weekend for swimming and visiting family and friends. Was able to book another room and a better cleaner hotel for the rest of the time but still waiting for my refund. Will never stay there ever and will not recommend.
Surely didn’t want to take home any hitch hikers Cochroach Willie was ready with a greeting.

Now that I know I can leave a picture,next time I will. The first room we stayed in was filthy. Food was in the ac there had to be children in that room. There was a spill on the rug cookies spreaded throughout the room. The floor and bathroom floor both were extremely sticky. I don't even know if the sheets were clean I flipped over one of the pillows and it was yellow we brought our own pillows because that's usually a bad experience anywhere. Also this place for us is known to be filthy so we usually bring our own cleaning supplies but needed a vacuum cleaner at this first room 312 but the night clerk said that they could not give me a vacuum cleaner the cleaning people's room was locked and the cleaners were going for the day. The other room 140 was clean. Also the two 2 managers gave me until until 1 pm to vacate. That was nice they even remembered me from 2023. However I did not appreciate them telling me to find another place to stay assuming I would not have money to stay there. But I can find a cheaper hotel
