The pool water was dirty, the entire hotel smelled like mold and mildew, air conditioner, do not work good,the carpet in the hallways are filthy. The walls are dirty the “ breakfast” was cereal and bagels.

I liked the room itself and the location. Close to everything I needed and about 20 min from downtown. My only real issue were the other guests.. it was packed and noisy with kids running up and down the halls and going Lord knows what in the room above other than that I was happy.. oh and I didn’t get to use the amenities there were just too many people.

The property was clean . I saw someone outside cleaning. The room was clean . I went to the pool it was clean. I really like the breakfast. Good food and coffee to get your day going. All of the staff was very nice everyone said hello. The gym was clean. They have parking in the front and back of the building. And a door in the back.

My stay was great overall. From check-in to check-out, the experience was positive. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, pleasant, and helpful. The lobby, hallways, and room were all very clean and well maintained. I did have two concerns. During my four-day stay, housekeeping did not replace towels or remove trash. I had to visit the front desk to request fresh towels and a trash bag. To their credit, the staff handled this quickly and cheerfully, which I appreciated. My second concern was the pool area. There were no clean towels available, and a few towels were left in the pool. The hot tub was heated and the pool was semi-heated, and both were otherwise clean and usable. The breakfast was suppose to end at 10am, but it actually stayed open a little later some days which I used for my advantage. I would definitely stay here again. I give it a 9.7 out of 10 if I had to personally rate.

The place reeked like pot when we walked in. The staff were unprofessional. There seemed to be not a care in the world that it was a party hotel. It was extremely loud in the hallways and especially across the hall from our room. Finally around 11:30. It got a little bit quieter and we went to bed. I was woken up at 3:30 in the morning to people fighting and being belligerently drunk in the hallway and slamming their doors. I got up to try to call down to the front desk to ask them to be quiet but the room in our phone didn’t work. There were ethnic hairs all over the place. I really think it was a problem with the way, laundry is done. When I was drying with a towel, hairs were all over my body. It was disgusting!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Kids ran through the halls all night knocking on doors & running away. Where were the parents?? A lot of foot traffic all night with doors opening & closing all night long. Our thermostat did not work in our room. It kept flipping from heat to A/C…too much for the money I paid. THE GHETTO!!
