La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Philadelphia Airport

"Parking lot was spacious. My room wasn’t ready until 4pm when I specified I’d be there by 3pm. Even by 4pm, the housekeeper wasn’t finished cleaning the room and needed to come back while I unpacked. The side door of the hotel was broken and I felt uncomfortable knowing anyone could walk through the door at any given time. Breakfast was mid, there weren’t very many options left at 8:30 when I arrived (sign says breakfast until 9:30). Lastly, I didn’t like being asked when I planned to leave. If check out is at 11am, I’ll be out by 11am. It comes off as rude and rushed when the room wasn’t ready when I got to the hotel, yet the company wants to know when I’m leaving. I will not be back"
"front desk staff are rude. food came out cold and far to many kids messy in it, u supervised.
dogs barking in room 2 door down. pool area beyond loud n noisy. "
"Everything about this place deserves 10/10 —from the rooms to the staff. Everyone has been incredibly pleasant, helpful, and easy to communicate with, making my children and me feel very comfortable during our stay. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service truly stands out. I would always recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city. Simply the best, hands down!

"We had a non functioning hot water handle in the bathroom. The engineer couldn’t budge it without a wrench! So we didn’t have use of that but the hotel was trying to be accommodating except they couldn’t give a discount or comp because we booked through a 3rd party! If only I knew! I won’t be using hotel.com because there’s very little that could be done except through them and there wasn’t an easy way to get in touch with them so it probably went unreported! Don’t want to say never again but this has soured us on using any other or this, 3rd party service."
"The place was disgusting and sketchy. It was dirty in the lobbby. Random spots of water on the floor leading to the elevators. The whole place reeks of weed smoke. I tried to give it a chance thinking the room would be better but when my door handle was half broken off and i got a blast of Marijuana smell from the room I decided to go somewhere else. I would not recommend to anyone. Should be condemned "
