"They had issues with the elevators. Housekeeping came and only did trash leaving behind towels and never brought new ones. "Only one of the elevators "worked." The other one didn't stop at the lobby for 10 minutes. There were police there at night. On checking out, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for anyone to take my key. The hallways and common areas were not vacuumed. My room was fine, though."
