I just wanted to share some feedback from my recent stay at The Westin. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience — the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the service throughout the stay was excellent.
In particular, I’d like to compliment your team for their professionalism and warmth. Every staff member I interacted with went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and valued, which really stood out.
