"The room was very comfortable, with a great view of the river. What lets this hotel down is parking. Self parking is apparently about 100m away from the hotel (so I was told by reception), so I chose the valet parking option, which is more expensive. It is also a little inconvenient as each time I returned the car, I needed to let them know when I would need it next, which was sometimes just a guess. Room service was quite expensive, and the portion was fairly small. There's not a big choice of restaurants in the immediate area near the hotel. "

"I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The room was well maintained, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was exceptional; friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. Communication was smooth from check-in to check-out, and they were always happy to help with recommendations and any questions I had.
