Although my room was next to the large viewing windows in front of the several elevators situated in the middle of two wings, my windows did not have sheer curtains. we found the hotel central and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The only problem is getting our room and some of the staff in the Birdcage were rude

Hotel was quite nice. Front desk staff was very helpful.

The design is nice and the bath room is clean the pillows are arrange nicely, what i don't like about their hotel is there is only one bath room in one of the hotels i stay in.

We enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the gas fireplace but it was a little noisy.

Good location, walking distance to the city and the large number of restaurants, cafe's and pubs. The Hotel is clean, tidy and very spacious. The Hotel has a bar and restaurant and really good. The staff were fabulous.

A great location and wonderful staff. As Canadians we loved the opportunity to see so many wallabies and kangaroos on the property, every day. We also enjoyed the trails around the lake and a nice bushy walk.

We were happy with our stay at Launceston, considering the circumstances, with Covid 19, and our trip, trying to return to New Zealand.

Very smart and stylish hotel. A bit away from the city centre but walkable. We had a hire car which was a good way to get around. Staff friendly and buffet breakfast was good.

As stated to the staff before I arrived I rang and a male on the desk informed me that there was free parking on site. But when I arrived I was told that it was $18 which was discounted.
