Stayed for three nights with my partner for his birthday on our first trip to Tasmania. Location was absolutely perfect, hotel was nice, clean and simple. It was cosy and the staff were great! I would happily stay here again.

I stayed for one night between Christmas and New Year. Room was perfectly acceptable, in reasonable location and had a view. However my experience was affected because another guest was smoking on the floor I was on and the smell was really strong. Also, there were guests yelling and running about after midnight. These issues were not the hotels fault and when I raised the smoking issue with staff they were responsive. Unfortunately, I could not be moved to another floor. If there weren't the issues with the other guests I would have certainly rated the hotel more highly.
