Our stay at Allurity Hotel was perfect, with the location very convenient for accessing the best Hobart has to offer. More than anything else though, the front desk staff were amazing! We had a complex booking, and the staff went above and beyond to sort everything out for us, and made us feel welcome and supported. We couldn't have asked for better service.

My property was stolen by their staff and they refused to compensate me $ 285 for items stolen. The reception staff had agreed to hold my case in a secure area while I was away from the hotel. The manager Sarah contacted me and informed me they could not compensate me and insinuated that I was being dishonest about the claim.

Stayed here twice in 15 days, different experiences. 1st stay room on 2nd floor very average 2nd stat 4th floor room great. We won't mention the power cut on the first stay( not hotels fault?) And fire alarm, clearing out the building second stay. Guest error!
