Yes the budget rooms are basic but great value at 99 and as you said so handy for the Spirit of Tasmania

You hit the nail on the head we are so handy for The Spirit of Tasmania and although a little dated in places but spotless and adequate facilities

At 119.00 we think the courtyard rooms are correctly priced and the bathrooms are well laid out with all you need a shower, hand basin and toilet

So glad you enjoyed the stay Garry. The waterfront rooms are great you can sit back and watch the coming and going of the ships. There is a great little bistro just a block away called 15 Tables, I recommend that for your next visit, hope you get back soon

Yes our budget rooms are smaller than our other room types but at 99 per night they have all the basic requirements for an over night stay

They do say "never judge a book by its cover" yes we are a bit tired on the outside but our housekeeping are amazing. Glad you enjoyed your stay and that the key retrieval went without incident

Hi Jim sorry to hear this. Your aircon had actually professionally cleaned the day of your arrival and by the sound of it there was still a residue of the cleaning chemicals in the aircon.

Glad you enjoyed your stay, however the budget rooms at 99 a night do not have microwave, toaster etc. They do have a king size bed, ensuite shower, small bar fridge and tea/coffee facilities not bad for 99
