"We upgraded on reaching the resort to the Mirage Bab Al Bahr Beach Hotel, as the Bungalow was on first floor with steps which my mother could not walk due to Arthritis issues. Thus the reviews and stars are for the Hotel, and it was an amazing short vacation for my family. Especially, my son liked the temperate-controlled swimming pool and enjoyed it a lot."

"Excellent location with private beach and wonderful pools. Breakfast buffet was marvelous and magnificent with lots of option. Its my first time that I noticed the Breakfast buffet is open till 11am. In most hotels its only till 10:30am. Staff's are friendly and service was excellent. People go beyond their call of duty to make your stay comfortable. If you like to go off the radar and take some time off from your regular routine, this is the best place to do so. One thing I didn't like about this property is about the drinking water in plastic bottle. The hotel should consider installing water filter machines in each floor so that the guests can fetch water whenever needed. Providing use and throw plastic bottles is not good for the environment. I hope the management will consider this suggestion to become more environmental friendly which is the need of the hour."
