Deceiving photos
Upon checking hotel tried to cheat me. They were claiming that Hotel don’t have any account with Expedia, therefore, no booking received. I called Expedia, handed the phone to them, manager explained different story, there was no room as per my booking. Then they offered me twin room. I threat them to report to Anti corruption team ( I knew higher officials), immediately they gave me the room I booked for. Very dirty and smelly and crowded in the evening and only one lift.

We are sincerely very sorry to create such an environment. Because someone hacked our Expedia login ID & password, due to which we did not get the booking. Later, through Expedia, we solved the problem quickly and provided the services to the guest. Sorry for the temporary inconvenience.
