We were pleased to read you liked the facilities provided from the hotel specially Convenient Restaurant,Helping Staff,Enjoying the facilities from world class SPA and GYM and First Class Corporate Meeting Zone but were sorry to hear there were some issues with Room and Breakfast. Please rest assured we have addressed this with the team to ensure we improve on this.Moreover,we have plenty of rooms with windows but you did not let us know that you need room with windows and for the breakfast ,we have unlimited guest preferred food items with buffet breakfast ,the food menu also included i believe you did not notice.However, we are extremely sorry that ,we did not make happy while staying but we are looking for another opportunities to make you happy in White Palace Hotel.
